Caught this oldie today. I don't think I've seen in since the 1980's. I was surprised to see that being released in 1968 it was even older than me.

I haven't posted here for quite a while. Life's been busy, but I miss keeping track of the movies I've seen lately.

I did catch both Transformers, and GI Joe in the theater.

The other day I watched this day movie titled, "The Nest," ... very French.

Re-watched half of The Guardian again; first saw in the theater in 2006 or so.

Sunshine Cleaning

A few weeks ago I caught this film with a good friend in the theater. I guess it was by the same group who did "Little Miss Sunshine," a flick I haven't seen yet, but am somewhat familiar with, and admit I should have on my list.

Terminator 3, Rise of the Machines

I guess by the time this came out in 2003 I had already grown tired of the pre- governor Arnold. I didn't get to catch the whole flick, but I would see this again. There's been some good parts that I would like to post. I'd like to learn how to take clips I like and post them to YouTube.

Officer and a Gentleman

I had forgotten just how well done this 1982 film was done. It's definitely a Top 25 Movie for me. I can't guess how many times I've seen it. It first came out when I was eleven. It's really a good movie, and for me it's a defining film in that ... well, there's more to the story. Maybe I'll add to this another day. There's a good friend of mine out there somewhere who knows why I like this movie so much. I'm looking forward to seeing it again. There's a lot more I could write here.

Hero Wanted

Cuba Gooding Jr. and an interesting cast that easily could have played the neighborhood where I grew up. I should look them up on www.imdb.com sometime. Good Movie, I'd check it out.

The Namesake

Nice independent film. I think there's a book by this name also. If so, I'd like to read it because the movie from a literary perspective was pretty good.
